    Warranty Coverage

    FreshSeal provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty applies to all FreshSeal vacuum food storage containers, lids, valves, pumps, and accessories purchased through authorized retailers.

    What is Covered

    This warranty covers the following manufacturing and workmanship defects:

    • Defective vacuum valves that fail to maintain a proper seal
    • Faulty latches or locking mechanisms
    • Manufacturing defects in glass containers (cracks, chips present at time of purchase)
    • Defective hand pumps or vacuum pumps
    • Faulty seals or gaskets that do not form an airtight closure

    What is Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear from regular use
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
    • Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
    • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures beyond product specifications
    • Damage from dishwasher use if not following care instructions
    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
    • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties
    • Loss of vacuum seal due to improper use or maintenance

    How to Make a Warranty Claim

    To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date
    2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
    3. Describe the defect or issue you are experiencing
    4. Provide clear photos of the defective product if requested

    Upon verification of your claim, we will either repair, replace, or provide a refund for the defective product at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty returns may apply.

    Limitation of Liability

    This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. FreshSeal shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
