This set includes three glass containers (470ml, 800ml, 1400ml), a hand vacuum pump, and 10 reusable vacuum bags. Designed for leakproof, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe use. BPA-free and features a date dial lid for freshness tracking.
Getting Started
- Wash all components before first use. Glass containers and lids (without dials) are dishwasher safe. Hand-wash dials and pump.
- Ensure all parts are dry before assembling or sealing.
Vacuum Sealing Instructions
- Fill the container, leaving space below the rim for the lid to close securely.
- Place the lid on the container and snap latches closed.
- Align the hand pump over the valve and pump until resistance is felt and the valve dimple is inset.
- To open, gently press the valve to release air, then unlatch the lid.
Using the Date Dial
- Turn the dial to set the storage day and month before sealing.
- Remove the dial before placing the lid in the dishwasher.
Vacuum Bag Instructions
- Fill the bag and seal the zipper using the provided clip.
- Place the bag flat, align the pump over the valve, and pump out air.
- For liquids, keep the valve elevated and pump slowly. If liquid enters the pump, rinse and air dry before reuse.
Care & Safety
- Glass containers: oven safe (without lid) to 1000°F, freezer safe to −40°F.
- Do not use lids in oven or microwave. Remove dials before washing lids in dishwasher.
- Hand-wash pump and dials. Store all parts dry and clean.
- Not for stovetop or open flame use.
Troubleshooting
- If vacuum is not holding, check for food debris on the rim or valve and clean thoroughly.
- Ensure the lid is fully latched and the valve is not damaged.
